Every day, through a feeding system<\/strong>, the biomass to be treated is sent inside the digester, balancing its dosage is a fundamental step to obtain maximum yields.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

The digesters that we offer are hermetically sealed reinforced concrete tanks with a walkable slab<\/strong>, they can be circular<\/strong> or rectangular<\/strong> in shape, thanks to our flexibility we are able to create not only digesters with the slab but also the classic digesters with a gasometric dome.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Inside the digester takes place anaerobic digestion<\/strong>, the main activity for the production of biogas, which is generated through a biochemical process conducted by anaerobic bacterial strains.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

The biogas formed is sent inside a gasometer<\/strong> (pressostatic accumulator for biogas) which has the function of absorbing any production variations.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Once the biogas reaches the cogenerator<\/strong> (engine), it is transformed into:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

With the installation of special software<\/strong>, the entire system is remotely monitored<\/strong> by specialized technicians in order to keep the correct progress and operation of the entire process under control.<\/p>

The remaining waste left over from the entire process is called digested<\/strong> and consists of a solid<\/strong> and a liquid<\/strong> part.<\/p>
