style=\"text-align: justify;\">With the term &#8220;waste&#8221;, we think of something related to the problem of disposal, as nowadays it is increasingly difficult to find spaces where to store the enormous quantity of solid urban waste.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hence the need to <strong>transform this problem into a resource<\/strong> by producing renewable energy.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>organic fraction of urban solid waste<\/strong>, <strong>slaughterhouse waste<\/strong>, <strong>expired food<\/strong> and everything related to nutrition (<strong>milk<\/strong>, <strong>fish<\/strong>, <strong>sweets<\/strong>, etc.), are <strong>extremely effective<\/strong> organic matrices for anaerobic digestion.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mainly these categories of waste were treated in composting plants, today the optimal solution to arrive at a circular economy model is the construction of a biogas \/ biomethane plant.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section style=\"text-align: justify;\">The biogas \/ biomethane waste plant <strong>can only be built if separate collection is carried out<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition to the organic fraction, other types of material can be added, such as sewage sludge, agro-zootechnical and agro-industrial by-products, an integrated solution that guarantees to fully exploit the biomass supplied.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Organic waste cannot be treated as it is, consequently it is subjected to a <strong>pre-treatment<\/strong> where two basic steps take place:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f06c25f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once this process is complete, the material is introduced via the feed system into the digester.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The anaerobic process is carried out under <strong>thermophilic conditions<\/strong> (55 \u00b0C) to ensure maximum hygienization of the material and increased biogas yield.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-ae27555 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once the biogas reaches the <strong>cogenerator<\/strong>, it is transformed into <strong>electric energy<\/strong>, which is fed into the national grid or into <strong>thermal<\/strong> <strong>energy<\/strong> used to keep the process temperature constant and for district heating.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The material resulting from the anaerobic process (<strong>digestate<\/strong>) is then stabilised within a <strong>bio-oxidation<\/strong> dynamic process, <strong>this is an innovative composting process<\/strong> that is characterised by its simplicity and effectiveness, it uses bio-chemical processes that significantly reduce the environmental impact of the process (especially in terms of odour emissions).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The result is the production of a <strong>quality compost<\/strong>, which allows to class the digestate as a highly-agronomic quality fertiliser, declassifying it as waste.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column
