It\u00e1lia<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section style=\"text-align: justify;\">Foi constru\u00eddo na Cal\u00e1bria, na prov\u00edncia de Cosenza, na f\u00e1brica Calabra Maceri e Servizi Spa, empresa l\u00edder na gest\u00e3o integrada de res\u00edduos no sul da It\u00e1lia, que processa cerca de 750 toneladas de res\u00edduos por dia, dos quais 80% s\u00e3o destinados \u00e0 valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o como mat\u00e9ria-prima material.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A planta de digest\u00e3o anaer\u00f3bica \u00e9 alimentada com 40.000 toneladas de\u00a0<strong>fra\u00e7\u00e3o org\u00e2nica<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>F.O.R.S.U.<\/em>)\u00a0da coleta separada de res\u00edduos. O biog\u00e1s produzido \u00e9 encaminhado para o sistema de <strong>requalifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> (com membranas), onde ocorre a convers\u00e3o do biog\u00e1s em biometano.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O biometano produzido <strong>\u00e9 injetado na rede nacional de g\u00e1s natural e utilizado para transporte de ve\u00edculos<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A planta inteira <strong>\u00e9 capaz de transformar 40.000 toneladas de F.O.R.S.U. em 4,5 milh\u00f5es de metros c\u00fabicos de biometano por ano<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O biometano usado para ve\u00edculos automotores permite percorrer 90.000.000 km que, com uma m\u00e9dia de 20.000 km por ano por ve\u00edculo, pode abastecer at\u00e9 4.500 carros, com uma\u00a0economia geral de mais de 16.200.000 kg de\u00a0CO2\u00a0por ano\u00a0(3.600 kg por carro) .<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column biog\u00e1s.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A realiza\u00e7\u00e3o durou <strong>mais de um ano<\/strong> e todos os componentes s\u00e3o <strong>feitos na It\u00e1lia<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para este projeto, Biogas Engineering <strong>trabalhou constantemente<\/strong> atenta a cada detalhe, pensando em
