Guaranteed homogeneity
The mixing system is very fundamental and is designed to ensure perfect homogeneity of the biomass treated inside the digester, in order to avoid deposits in the bottom that could over time cause the digester to dry up.
In our biogas / biomethane plants, we use two types of mixing, which are:
- Mixer lateral
- Mixer central
Mixer Lateral
Features side mixer lateral:
- High speed agitator
- Horizontal Axis
- High mixer breaks up the cap
- Low mixer cleans the bottom of the digester

Easy to clean and maintain.
Porthole for internal vision with auto-clean system.
Extraction mixer which does not lower digester level.
Mixer Central
Features side mixer central:
- Two bladed low speed agitator.
- Low consumption.
- Mixes centre of digester.
Advantages, why install it:
External motor.
Porthole for internal vision with auto-clean system.
Extraction with mobile crane without lowering digester level.
